"Like the Grimoires of old, these wonderful Large books feature hand aged
parchment pages (Blank), marble paper interior pages (cover & back), large
ribbon book marks, & a cover & spine that look like the days of old. Our
books are all handmade, we do not use any machinery to create them. We use a
thick archival thread to bind the pages together, a special archival glue to
hold the pages within the inside of the cover & the highest quality Leather
hand picked by us. These books are so strong they can be held up by the cover
alone!"

This spectacular, genuine leather, hand-bound Book of Shadows features a
raised, hand-cut Green Man on the front cover. This massive book is suitable
for any serious practitioner or coven, weighing approx. 15 pounds! It measures
approx. 12½" x 15" and almost 4" thick with approx. 700 individual
parchment pages (1400 pages front & back). It has ornate metal corners that
offer beauty and long lasting protection for the edges of the book. 9 spine
sashes stretch around the binding of this book with a perfect raised pentacle
in the center. Green Man both looks wise and mysterious with his face guarding
this sacred Book of Shadows. The inside of the book is lined with genuine hand
dipped marble paper in an array of earthy greens, coppers, and browns. High
Priestess Saielle has taken the time to make a lovely Book of Shadows cover
page, as well as many hand drawn, one of a kind sketches throughout the book
(all signed and dated by Saielle). Intricate, ethnic and ornate stamp work
illuminates a good portion of the book as well, creating images that can not be
replicated. Assorted Goddess figures from history, as well as botanical,
mythological, and contemporary art is placed amongst the pages. Several
samples have been inserted into the pages for your own magickal use. Some
include: feathers, dried flowers and herbs, talismans, stickers, charms,
incense, pins, seed packets, potpourri, coffin style nail, candles, and a
natural
handmade wand. The wand was handmade by High Priestess Saielle from local
Mountain Laurel. This is a protected wood and the wand produces very magickal
results. The wand measures approx. 15" in length. This Green Man book was the
second ever made of its kind, with Saielle owning the first. This awesome set
should only be purchased by a serious practitioner and will be sure to become a
family heirloom that will last many generations.
