Policies, Shipping Details, & Payment Information

Discreet Shipping

The shipping label on every package shows the return address as "Mark and Heather Reiss". We do not use the name "Ritual Magick" anywhere on the outside of the box. Your privacy is extremely important to us.

Packing Materials

In our effort to "Harm None", we strive to use recycled packing materials whenever possible. This includes newspaper, styrofoam, peanuts, etc. which would have otherwise been discarded.

Shipping Details (U.S. Orders)

Your order will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
Please allow 7-10 days delivery time.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order.
Insurance is optional and can be added to any order for $2.00 more.
- If you do not include insurance, we will be unable to assist you with lost/damaged items.

Shipping Details (Overseas U.S. Military Address Orders)

Your order will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
Please allow 10-14 days delivery time.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order.
Insurance is optional and can be added to any order for $2.00 more.
- If you do not include insurance, we will be unable to assist you with lost/damaged items.

Shipping Details (International Orders)

You can choose to have your order shipped via First Class Mail International or Express Mail International:
- First Class Mail International does NOT include insurance.
- Express Mail International DOES include insurance.
Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for orders shipped via First Class Mail International.
Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery time for orders shipped via Express Mail International.
If you choose First Class Mail International and your order weighs over 4 pounds, it will be shipped via Priority Mail International at no extra charge. Although Priority Mail International still does not include insurance, it will result in quicker delivery time.
Please check your local laws before placing your order:
- We can not be responsible for items seized at customs!
You are responsible for all customs, taxes, and/or duty fees.
By law, we can not mark the package as "gift".
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order.

Note for Australian Customers:

Australian customs is very strict regarding any knives or bladed items being imported. Therefore, if you plan to purchase an athame, boline, or sword, be sure to read the Australian policy on importing and exporting knives.

How to Calculate Shipping Costs

Add the items you want to order to the online shopping cart.
View your shopping cart using the link on the top menu.
Select the appropriate "Shipping To" destination.

Payments by Credit Card or PayPal

Our online shopping cart is able to accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). For those who prefer to use PayPal, our online shopping cart is also able to accept PayPal payments.

Payments by Money Order

We gladly accept payment by Money Order through the mail. However, we do not accept personal checks. If you wish to pay by Money Order, please email us first with the items you wish to purchase along with your shipping address. We can then check availability of those items and email you back with your order total and complete payment details.

Refunds

We offer a full refund (minus s&h) within 30 days for any order (unless otherwise specified). If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us so that we can make it right. It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your order! If the need should arise to return your order, please pack it carefully and email us to receive a return authorization. We must receive your order back in the original condition that you received it in. We do not reimburse shipping costs to mail your order back to us.

Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement

By purchasing any item sold by Ritual Magick or Reiss Enterprises, the buyer expressly warrants that s/he is over 18 and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ritual Magick or Reiss Enterprises for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state, and local laws or regulations.
